Cooks

Cooks perform some or all of the following duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by the chef
• Supervise kitchen helpers
• Assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Setup and oversee buffets
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, and monitor and order supplies
• Train kitchen staff

  • Salary: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on skill and experience
  • Full‑time: 30–35 hours per week
  • Location: 801 West Georgia Street, Vancouver BC V6C 1P7
  • Requirement: 1 year minimum experience
