Overview
This role will handle menu planning, portion sizing, food costing, food procurement, cooking, meal preparation for customers with allergies, kitchen inspection, staff training, supervision, inventory management, and kitchen cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in a kitchen or food service environment
- Requires: Knowledge of food safety, menu planning, and inventory management
