Job Duties

  • prepping Vegetables, washing & peeling/cutting
  • preparing soups/sauces
  • cooking a variety of dishes cold & hot
  • must be on site a minimum 5-6 days a week
  • must have a positive attitude and a flair for cuisine, inspiring those around him
  • help ordering stock, inventory control, manage low food/labour costs
  • ensure total food quality is extraordinary; ticket times must be quick during lunch
  • master the techniques in all cooking stations in the kitchen, empower everyone to be faster, smarter
  • create and be passionate about developing newer menu items
  • comply with the culinary direction that the Family envisions
  • meet health standards in all areas of kitchen and comply with all health inspections

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years proven track record
