Job Duties
- prepping Vegetables, washing & peeling/cutting
- preparing soups/sauces
- cooking a variety of dishes cold & hot
- must be on site a minimum 5-6 days a week
- must have a positive attitude and a flair for cuisine, inspiring those around him
- help ordering stock, inventory control, manage low food/labour costs
- ensure total food quality is extraordinary; ticket times must be quick during lunch
- master the techniques in all cooking stations in the kitchen, empower everyone to be faster, smarter
- create and be passionate about developing newer menu items
- comply with the culinary direction that the Family envisions
- meet health standards in all areas of kitchen and comply with all health inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years proven track record
