About The Role

We are recruiting a Head Cook to plan, prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals for residents in accordance with dietary requirements, preferences, and care plans. You will also ensure that the kitchen and associated areas meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with Food Safety and Environmental Health regulations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan weekly/monthly menus in consultation with residents and staff to provide variety and meet individual dietary needs (e.g., diabetic, gluten-free, texture-modified diets).
• Prepare and cook meals and snacks to a high standard, ensuring nutritional value, taste, and presentation.
