for a Cook II (Shophouse) to join our team!
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality chocolate products, desserts, pastries, and confectionery items in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations.

  • Assist in the production of handcrafted chocolates, pralines, bonbons, truffles, chocolate decorations, and seasonal specialty items.

  • Perform chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobing, and finishing techniques to ensure consistency, shine, texture, and product quality.

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the pastry and chocolate kitchen to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.

  • Assist senior chefs with food preparation, chocolate production, dessert plating, and execution of menu offerings.
