Cook Griller

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: PAPSY'S BBQ TALAMBAN

Job description:

The candidate will be working as a griller and line cook.

As a GRILLER, you will work on a charcoal grill with exhaust.

Your daily routine includes firing up the grill, prepare food products, grill, check inventory and reorder, clean up station at closing.

As a COOK, you will work on a 4 to 6 high pressure gas range, to cook and fry. Your daily routine includes preparing food products and prep table, verify inventory, take out stocks, cook and plate, at closing check stocks and reorder and clean up station.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Committed to long-term employment and grow towards senior cook
• Willing to undergo training
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
• Able to follow and understand house rules and company policies

Specifications:

• Reports on time to take over the station.
