+ We are hiring immediately for full time **COOK** positions.
+ **Address** : St Elizabeth - 1506 South Oneida Street, Appleton, WI 54915. _Note: online applications accepted_ _only_ _._
+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule; Days may vary, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Rotating weekends required. More details upon interview.
+ **Requirement** : Prior cooking and food service experience preferred.
+ **Perks: Willing to train! $750 sign on bonus!**
+ **Pay Range:** $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.
