Job Description
**Job Title: Cook**
The cook accurately and efficiently prepares, portions, cooks, and presents a wide variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and special or catered events. This role supports both day-to-day food service operations and high-volume catering or banquet functions, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare, portion, and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, and special or catered events.
+ Accurately follow recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of all menu items.
