Cook - Curry

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Cuisine Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and regional dishes. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious and authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, vegetarian dishes, breads (naan, roti), and desserts, according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food preparation is done in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
