Job Description

Fire Hall Kitchen & Tap is seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen and support daily food preparation and service operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers as required
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
