P&G NZ Limited is currently seeking an experienced Cook  for a full-time permanent position at Sydenham Souvlaki , our Greece fast food take away business based in Canterbury.

Job Description:

The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Greece take away with a tandoori touch , while maintaining high standards of food quality, food safety, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations. The successful applicant will prepare traditional Greece dishes combined with tandoori-style cooking techniques to deliver unique flavours, consistency, and quality to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of Greece dishes with tandoori influence , including souvlaki, grilled items, tandoori-style meats, takeaway meals, and other traditional food items according to established recipes.
