CONVEYANCING SECRETARY


A well-established and reputable law firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced and professional Conveyancing / Bonds Secretary to join their team.


 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



  • Matric certificate

  • Legal Secretarial and/or Conveyancing qualification (advantageous)

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant conveyancing experience

  • Full transfer experience essential (from file opening to registration and closure)

  • Ability to work independently and manage a full conveyancing workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a meticulous and accurate working style
