A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers) to support a busy conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will have solid transfer experience and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently while delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities


  • Managing transfer files from instruction to registration

  • Drafting and preparing transfer documents and related correspondence

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and Deeds Office

  • Attending to FICA requirements and compliance documentation

  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files accurately

  • Managing diaries, follow-ups, and deadlines

  • General conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
