A well established Law Firm in Centurion is seeking a Conveyancing Secretary with minimum 5 years' proven experience, with a strong focus on property transfers.
Minimum requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of transfer conveyancing processes
  • Proficient in Lexis Convey
  • Strong experience with full title and half title matters
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines
