CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

Opportunity

As the result of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding conveyancing team at our Whiteladies Road office.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior solicitors with residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, right to buy and transfers of equity.
• Prepare correspondence and documents.
• Work directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other fee earners to enhance transaction service.
• Deal with file set up and administration.
• Assist with post‑exchange aspects of purchase and sale transactions and see them through to completion.
• Assist with all aspects of post‑completion matters including title registration and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns.
