This permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday) at the Chester office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfers, and all associated legal documentation throughout the conveyancing transaction.
