About the role
Lim, Goh & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented Conveyancing Clerk to join our team in our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property conveyancing transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents, transfers, and other legal instruments
Coordinating with internal teams, such as the legal and accounts departments, to ensure all aspects of the conveyancing process are completed accurately and on time
Maintaining detailed records and files for each conveyancing transaction
Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process
