Role Responsibilities

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will provide support and assistance to the Conveyancing department and wider team members, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while delivering a responsive and professional service to clients.

The day-to-day job duties within this role include:

  • Preparing legal documentation and supporting paperwork for residential property transactions
  • Managing correspondence relating to property sales and purchases
  • Assisting with the progression of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
  • Reviewing title documentation and supporting fee earners with enquiries raised during transactions
  • Coordinating property searches and communicating outcomes to clients where required
