Responsibilities

Our conveyancing specialists handle a high volume of transactions, including shared ownership sales and resales, extra care and retirement schemes, staircasing, lease extensions, enfranchisement, right to buy/right to acquire disposals, land disposals, buy-backs and auction sales, ensuring smooth, efficient and well-managed outcomes for our clients.
