Position: Conveyancing Assistant

Salary: AU$3,000 - AU$3,500/month

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays;  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST

Holidays: TBD

OVERVIEW:

The company is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Conveyancing Assistant to manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of property settlements. You will be a Commencer who can take a file from the initial contract stage all the way to a successful settlement.

The successful candidate must have a robust background in Australian property law and a hawk-eye for detail—specifically regarding the preparation and verification of Form 1 Disclosure Statements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full Lifecycle Management: Handle the entire conveyancing process from Contract to Keys, including file opening, searching, document preparation, and final adjustment.
