Residential Conveyancer Role Overview As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Matters will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Buy-to-let and residential investment transactions Remortgages and refinancing work New build conveyancing Transfers of equity and joint ownership matters Probate & matrimonial related property sales Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient progression of files.
