Converting Supervisor (2nd Shift)

At Hood Container Corporation, we’re searching for 2nd Shift Converting Supervisor at our Oldsmar, FL plant. 

This role is responsible for managing approximately 25 employees on 2nd Shift (3pm to 11pm) to meet manufacturing and production schedules, providing overall direction to production floor employees, including production, scheduling, performance management, training and other related areas, striving to improve overall operational efficiencies during the designated shift. This role is responsible for coordinating production operations and maintaining effective quality procedures and safety regulations for the facility. The ideal candidates must be a self-driven individual with a passion for excellence in Safety, People Development, Manufacturing, and Customer Focus.
