Job Description
We are seeking a qualified drafter to convert old plans and blueprints into CAD files usable for building renovations.
Project: 1-story residential conversion from a current office occupancy.
Location: Leavenworth, KS (2018 I-Codes).
Structure: 1-story, ~30,000 sq. ft. concrete/masonry building.
Occupancy: Changing to R-2 (Residential, ~50 units).
Walls: Existing concrete and cement partitions between units.
Ceilings: Archaic mesh and plaster (to be evaluated for fire-resistance credit).
Egress: Every Room is approx (12x15) has a code-compliant egress window ~3 feet off the ground.
Proposed HVAC: Limited to hallways; individual units use window AC/heating.
Scope of Work:
Take my hand marked drawings and convert into proper CAD drawings for permits etc.
Also Gleam any information you can from old blueprints.
CAD files should be usable by the architect firm.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
