Conversion Team Lead

Marine Design & Engineering
Division.

Mission
The role oversees a multidisciplinary team of conversion engineers, managing complex cruise ship conversion projects with responsibility for technical leadership, project delivery, quality, and client engagement from concept to completion.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as Project Manager for large and technically challenging cruise ship conversion projects, with full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 conversion engineering experts, when needed, ensuring effective coordination, mentoring, and delivery of project objectives.
• Participate in demanding ship design projects, primarily related to cruise ship conversions, in close cooperation with the Project Department.
