Job Description
- Lead and supervise daily conversion operations (die-cutting, flexo printing, finishing).
- Ensure production targets, efficiency, waste, and quality KPIs are consistently met.
- Monitor and improve OEE, yield, and cost performance.
- Coordinate with corrugator, maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coach supervisors and shop floor teams.
- Resolve operational issues and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
