The role
As a Conversion Optimization Specialist , you will own the testing and optimization of key web journeys across multiple markets. You’ll translate data, research, and stakeholder input into clear hypotheses, structure experiments from idea to rollout, and turn learnings into scalable improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketers, and platform partners, and act as a go-to person for CRO best practices in your area.
