Within the DAIA program, several squads in the Data & AI Tribe are developing these capabilities in an agile environment. As our roadmap accelerates, we are expanding our team with talented professionals who are passionate about cutting‐edge technologies, industrialisation, and large‐scale integration in secure, distributed, international cloud ecosystems.

As part of this journey, the DAIA squad is developing a Conversational AI Platform (CAP)—a ready‐to‐use internal RAG solution paired with a bot widget that allows countries to manage customer and partner interactions more efficiently and securely. The squad also oversees multiple bot providers currently used across more than 30 countries.
