Job Description
We are a UK-based heating and renewable energy installation company seeking an experienced developer to build a conversational AI chatbot and scripted chatbot integrated with our website and a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse).
The chatbot will operate as a controlled conversational assistant trained exclusively on our internal literature, decision trees, and process documentation.
It must NOT rely on open internet sources or public knowledge models.
Instead, it must intelligently interpret customer questions and guide them into the correct pathway such as:
Lead capture funnels
Installation enquiries
Support enquiries
Quote qualification pathways
Literature-based answers
The chatbot will act as a structured front-end qualification and routing assistant, not an open-ended AI assistant.
