We are a growing business looking to hire a Conversational AI & Automation Engineer to build and manage AI-powered voice bots, chatbots, and automated workflows used in daily operations.
This is not a research project. We need someone who can deploy reliable, scalable AI systems that interact with real customers and internal teams.
What You'll Work On

• Build voice bots for inbound and outbound calls

• Develop chatbots for customer support and lead qualification

• Design conversation flows and intent handling

• Implement AI automation across multiple business tools

• Integrate AI systems with CRMs, scheduling tools, and databases

• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI responses
What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with AI chatbots and voice bots

• Strong background in automation and API integrations
