Job Title: Controls Technician (3rd shift, 11p - 7a) Job Description
The Controls Technician plays a key role in maintaining and supporting automated manufacturing equipment by troubleshooting controls-related issues and ensuring systems operate reliably. This position works with PLCs, servo systems, sensors, industrial networks, vision systems, and electrical control panels to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and support production goals. The Controls Technician partners closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while meeting regulatory and quality requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and resolve issues involving PLC-controlled equipment

+ Troubleshoot servo motors, drives, and motion control systems

+ Identify and address industrial network communication issues involving Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, ProfiNet

+ Support machine vision systems
