We are seeking a dedicated Controls Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly up to 480v 3-phase, and a solid understanding of PLC functions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.
+ Spend 60% of time addressing immediate issues, 25% on projects, and 15% mentoring junior technicians.
+ Read and interpret schematics and symbols, perform LOTO procedures, and use a multimeter.
+ Install and decommission equipment, modify PLC logic, and perform basic programming for cameras and vision systems.
+ Troubleshoot and verify instrumentation including limits, proxes, switches, photoeyes, sensors, and transducer/encoder feedback.
