(M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) About the Opportunity:-The client is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Technician in Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill, NY. -In this role, you will learn and eventually take ownership of all computerized control systems and their associated subsystems within the Central Utility Plant of the Facilities Organization supporting a semiconductor manufacturing facility. -These systems include High and Low Temperature Chilled Water, High Temperature Hot Water, Deionized Water, and Compressed Air Systems. -98% of all systems are networked Modicon PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) which report into our multiple GE (General Electric) iFix SCADA (Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
