Job Description

We are seeking a Controls Engineer in the Madison, WI area for a contract-to-direct opportunity. This role involves PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and start-up commissioning. Travel is 20-30% (mostly Midwest), with per diem and extra pay for overnight stays.


Position Highlights:
  • Location: On-site in Oregon, WI (12 miles south of Madison)
  • Pay: $60K-$100K+ bonus, profit sharing, and per diem
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Term: 6-month contract-to-direct hire

  • PLC programming using Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000.
  • Develop HMI/SCADA systems (Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Ignition).
