Job Description
The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning control and automation systems. This role involves working with standard systems as orders are received and leading laboratory-level work, including prototyping and new technology vetting. The engineer will collaborate with a variety of internal resources to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
+ Design and program automated equipment using Rockwell Automation, Codesys, or Exor JMobile software.
+ Develop control panel and control system schematics utilizing safety circuits, PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, robotics, automation networks, and HMIs, all designed in AutoCAD Electrical software.
+ Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and engineering changes associated with projects, resolving job specification differences.
