Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based in Mangere, Auckland. This role has responsibility for ensuring the electrical and controls functions of our equipment and projects meet all relevant standards and established commercial criteria. This includes knowledge of and implementation of the appropriate standards for the destination geography, meeting project cost budgets and project timelines.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and interpret electrical and control circuits, ensuring safe and compliant design practices.
  • Develop and implement machine control software, including PLC, HMI, servo, SCADA, and robot code, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Mechanical Design Engineers.
