Develop and manage large-scale capital engineering projects for automation, IoT and continuous improvement solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Health & Safety, Finance, Quality) and external suppliers to drive project success, managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Lead the preparation of Capex documents, including cost estimates, project justifications, equipment layouts, and technical specifications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Manage equipment installation and commissioning, including contractor supervision, safety compliance, and ensuring adherence to all environmental regulations and legislative requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and increasing operational e...
