About this role
:
Design, documentation, and/or programming of building automation systems (BASs) in compliance with project plans and specifications. Proactive communication with project team both internal and external including requests for information (RFIs) and technical risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design & DocumentationDesign complete building automation systems, including controllers, sensors, networks, and hardware.Prepare comprehensive submittal packages and final documentation reflecting all project changes.Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and customer specifications.Control Strategies & ProgrammingDevelop sequences of operation for building systems.Program control algorithms and user interfaces using WebCTRL and Eikon, including third-party integrations.Test programming and interfaces prior to deployment.Commissioning & TestingPerform functional testing...
