The Controls Engineer is a senior technical authority responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SCADA and EPMS solutions, including writing control and logic code from the ground up. This role leads complex deployments, resolves advanced system issues, and serves as a subject-matter expert for customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
+ Design and implement SCADA and EPMS architectures for complex facilities.
+ Develop control and logic code from scratch to meet system and operational requirements.
+ Lead commissioning, startup, and advanced troubleshooting efforts.
+ Resolve complex system, communication, and performance issues.
+ Define system standards, best practices, and control strategies.
+ Oversee configuration of HMI screens, data models, alarms, and reporting.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Level I and Level II engineers.
