Job Description

Controls & Automation Engineer is responsible maintaining automated systems and This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal performance of all automated equipment.

The Role:

  • Provides support of manufacturing operations to both shifts.
  • Fanuc and UR robotic experience of integration, programming, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
  • Managing small projects / workloads involving Fanuc and UR integrations, safety upgrades on existing equipment, and retrofits.
  • Great electrical/mechanical troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in the Fanuc robotics systems (additional robotics experience in other brands is a plus)
  • Knowledgeable in Allen Bradley PLC: Micro Logix, Compact Logix, Control Logix with RS Logix 500, 5000, Studio 5000 software
  • Knowledgeable in reading and following electrical prints to diagnose and troubleshoot down equipment.
