Job Description

The controls engineer will support the deployment and operation of Electrical Power Monitoring and SCADA systems. This role serves as a front-line technical resource after QA/QC, providing troubleshooting and system validation support in live environments. The ideal candidate understands control systems and logic structures well enough to diagnose issues, validate behavior, and escalate effectively, without being responsible for writing control logic.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first line of defense following QA/QC for deployed EPMS and SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshoot system, communication, and configuration issues in live environments.
  • Support commissioning, startup, and post‑deployment validation activities.
  • Assist with software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
