Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8 in local controlling, focusing on talent management and professional development.
  • Improve financial and operational performance through forecasting, budgeting, and tracking.
  • Manage all plant reporting, including budgeting, month-end processes, and productivity projects.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits of the manufacturing site.
