Job Overview
Responsibilities:
Partner with local and regional management to drive business success. Lead a team of 8 in local controlling, focusing on talent management and professional development. Improve financial and operational performance through forecasting, budgeting, and tracking. Manage all plant reporting, including budgeting, month-end processes, and productivity projects. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies. Support internal and external audits of the manufacturing site.
