The Controllership Construction (Reports) role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key financial data related to construction projects. The position involves preparing accurate and timely reports, monitoring financial transactions, and supporting management with special reporting requirements. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks effectively.


What You’ll Do

RFP Billings Analysis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly):

  • Perform regular analysis of Request for Payment (RFP) billings. Ensure timely and accurate billing reports.
  • Track billing cycles and flag irregularities.


Open PO Monitoring and Aging (Month-End):

  • Track and monitor open purchase orders. Prepare month-end aging reports to identify outstanding commitments.
