Controller/Finance Manager (Pesquería)

This position is responsible for managing all financial reporting activities for the Plant, including Monthly/Quarterly/Annual results, cost estimates, forecasting, and profit planning for the plant. It currently manages direct reports that coordinate Finance accountants and is responsible for accounts payable, receivable, general accounting and tax. The Finance Manager ensures internal controls across the business and the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in finance and professional accounting qualification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Multi-National companies.
• Solid understanding and experience of IFRS.
• Strong personality, able to work independently with general guidance in the MX plant.
• Coordinate and prepare internal financial statements.
• Manage the activities of internal and external auditors.
