Position Overview

The Controller is responsible for leading the finance and accounting function for a large-scale manufacturing operation in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role will oversee financial reporting, costing, operational analysis, budgeting, and internal controls, while acting as a key business partner to operational leadership. The successful candidate will bring strong manufacturing finance experience, a hands‑on approach to plant costing, and exposure to working within a larger, complex corporate environment.

• Lead all plant finance and accounting activities, including month‑end close, reporting, and financial analysis
