The Opportunity
This senior leadership role oversees all financial operations, with a strong focus on construction accounting, job costing, and project financial performance. The Controller will also lead office administration and HR functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-run operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting
Lead full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, month-end close)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (ASPE/IFRS)
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Oversee WIP schedules, job costing, and project profitability
