Key Accountabilities:
Management of outstanding orders.
To run an outstanding order list and ensure all orders are in the right NDD.
Move orders that are sitting on route zero/and ensure it gets emailed after baying is completed.
Based on the route plan if there are any second trips to be done and planned according to vehicle availability /planning backhauls for MU loads and to ensure DC are planned according to their booking times.
Planning the devices for drivers to exit the premises and to execute the deliveries as per trip planned.
To ensure that all staff are present at work daily and plan replacement for short fall due to sick /absent etc.
Planning vehicles to ensure the correct loads planned for vehicles based on tons and cubes.
Ensure correct staff is planned per vehicle which is driver and crew.
Based on the SOP the route planning must be done by the process of allocating it for NDD and send it to LLP/Resolve for planning.
