Qualifications

• Accounting / Finance or related degree. Chartered Accountant or MBA is a plus.
• 15 or more years of experience with increased responsibilities in accounting and/or financial areas.
• Experience leading a stand‑alone business location with full P&L and balance sheet accountabilities, commercial negotiations, treasury and tax.
• Budget and 5‑year business planning experience including revenue, cost, cash flow.
• Ability to articulate financial and business information clearly and in English.
• Detailed knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican Statutory principles, regulations and best practices.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail; ability to manage projects across business functions.
• Proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and partnership while driving accountability through the organization.
