Job Description
- Accounting / Finance or related degree. Chartered Accountant, MBA is a plus
- 15 or more years of experience with increased responsibilities, in accounting and / or financial areas
- Experience leading a stand-alone business location with full P&L and balance sheet accountabilities, commercial negotiations, Treasury and Tax
- Budget and 5-year business planning experience including revenue, cost, cash flow
- Able to articulate financial and business information clearly and in English
- Detailed knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican Statutory principles, regulations and best practices
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail. Able to manage projects across business functions.
- Proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and partnership while driving accountability through the organization. Continuous improvement mind‑set which promotes a positive, can‑do, solutions‑oriented mind‑set
