**Position Summary**:
The Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance activities within an organization. This role manages the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, budget planning, internal controls, and audits. The Controller provides insights to senior management for informed decision-making and ensures adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and oversee the generation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other key financial reports.
- Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
