1. Be a strong business partner to management by conducting all necessary analyses at your level and leading economically-oriented meetings
2. Leads local team in terms of guidance, training, people development and governance
3. Ensures proper implementation of Internal Controls & Compliance. Secures adherence to financial policies at the site level
4. Manage site financial performance plan and provide summary to Division’s management.
5. Responsible for site financials KPI and reporting and validate the completeness, accuracy andquality of the data.
6. Responsible for forecast and budget preparation in collaboration with Divisional Analyst and CFO Regional
7. Prepare presentation and GAP analysis of site results and review with CFO and EVP
8. Provides assistance and support on key financial processes such as Group procedures, internal control system, continuous monitoring, accounting rules and approbation process.
